Cargo transport

Due to the location of the company’s headquarters at Chlum 19, Hartmanice, which is 22 km from the Železná Ruda / Bayerisch Eisenstein border crossing, 75 km from the Folmava / Furth im Wald border crossing and 65 km from the Strážný / Philipsreuth border crossing, we offer our own freight transport by truck up to 400 km into Germany and Austria.

Transport of wooden packaging is provided by Scania trucks with trailer dimensions of 7.3×2.48x3m and 8.2×2.48x3m, and transport of timber by a MAN truck with a hydraulic crane.

Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control

Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control is an advanced approach to regulating selected industrial and agricultural activities while achieving a high level of environmental protection as a whole.
IPPC involves treating wooden packaging in a drying chamber by heating it to a minimum temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes at the core of the wood, thereby eliminating any pests. Treated packaging is marked with an IPPC stamp bearing a specific license number.

Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes

The acronym stands for “Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes.” PEFC is the most widely used forest certification system in the world. The PEFC forest management standards aim to transform the way forests are managed at both the local and global levels.

One of the main goals of PEFC forest certification is the conservation and expansion of forests. We therefore monitor all purchases of roundwood and lumber that we subsequently process to ensure they have a clear origin.
