Production and sale of pallets

We primarily focus on the production of disposable standard and custom pallets. We strive to fully meet customer requirements in specific areas such as pallet construction, load capacity, durability and quality.

The automated line mainly produces wooden two-way and four-way pallets. The output of a single-shift operation is approximately 2,000 – 3,000 pallets of various load capacities. Custom wooden packaging, lids and crates are produced at separate workstations.

Pallet cuts are produced on a chain cross-cut saw with a length tolerance of +/- 2 mm and are standardly adjusted. For pallet production, we use partly material from our own sawmill production and partly material from our verified suppliers.

We produce pallets in several ways:

Manual production using pneumatic nail guns for the production of custom pallets up to 2,500×7,000 mm and transport crates.

Machine production on the fully automatic CAPE production line for the production of standard four-way and two-way pallets up to 1,200×1,200 mm.

Pallet construction is derived from the required load capacity of 500 to 2,500 kg. We also offer IPPC treatment, drying to the required final moisture content, or other modifications such as colour marking, stamping, impregnation or stacking into bundles according to specific requirements.

We place great emphasis on the quality of our products, which is why we have been a long-term member of the Association of Wood Processing Companies in the Czech Republic, and since 2021 we have been part of the joint PEFC forest products consumer chain system.

In a single-shift operation, we process up to 2,000 m3 of roundwood per month and produce 50,000 pallets, lids and other wooden packaging, which we sell in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.

Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control

Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control is an advanced approach to regulating selected industrial and agricultural activities while achieving a high level of environmental protection as a whole.
IPPC involves treating wooden packaging in a drying chamber by heating it to a minimum temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes at the core of the wood, thereby eliminating any pests. Treated packaging is marked with an IPPC stamp bearing a specific license number.

Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes

The acronym stands for “Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes.” PEFC is the most widely used forest certification system in the world. The PEFC forest management standards aim to transform the way forests are managed at both the local and global levels.

One of the main goals of PEFC forest certification is the conservation and expansion of forests. We therefore monitor all purchases of roundwood and lumber that we subsequently process to ensure they have a clear origin.
